Spring blossomed with the goal to create a space where movement is celebrated because we love our bodies, not because we hate them. 

Our passion in life is helping to inspire the happiest version of you, through combining the proven benefits of reformer pilates, gym and wellness, all paired with a community packed with caring, genuine souls.

At Studio Spring, our focus is to help create the happiest version of you. By combining the power of movement with authentic social connection, we’re creating a space where you can build strength, confidence, and empowering friendships.

Our trainers don’t take themselves too seriously, but the knowledge and expertise they bring ensures you get the absolute most out of your workout.

In every class type, you’re guaranteed a specific, well-targeted workout that leaves you feeling energised—and a little (sometimes a lot) sore. As your relationship with your trainer blossoms, the group environment begins to feel increasingly individualised. Whether you’re ready to be pushed to your limits or just want a low-key class to get the blood pumping, our instructors have the experience and intuition to understand each client and cater to their individual needs.

Spring is a studio that combines the personalised attention of a PT with the infinite social benefits of group fitness, all in a non-judgemental space. It’s a place where everyone is welcome, conversation is encouraged (especially to get us through those last few reps!), and our ultimate goals are good times, strong, fit bodies, and clear, positive minds.
