A studio fit for royalty on King William Road. Reformer, Mat, Gym, Sauna. You name it, Goodwood has it.

Our little seaside studio, nestled in the heart of Henley Beach.

Our Eastside gem. What started as a reformer room, has blossomed into your one stop wellness shop, offering reformer pilates, yoga and gym.

Our North Star. A little piece of sunshine on Prospect Rd.

Our little slice of heaven on Chapel Street. Hot Mat and Reformer, the Spring way. South Yarra, your prayers have been answered.
